Fall Floral Pumpkin Workshop at SLKC Thurs 10/16/25 6 - 8 pm
Join us to create one-of-a-kind fall pumpkin floral arrangement with real pumpkins and fresh floral blooms. It’s a stunning floral arrangement with a fall twist. Light charcuterie and wine and n/a drinks will be served.

After you've made your floral creation, you’ll have time to meet new friends and shop at Shop Local KC for 20% off next door to the event space!

Unleash your inner alchemist this fall and craft your very own custom-scented candle in this hands-on, instructor-led Sip & Pour Candle Workshop! Whether you’re a candle connoisseur or new to the craft, this cozy, creative evening is the perfect way to celebrate the magic of the season.

You’ll begin by exploring our curated fall fragrance bar — from earthy, grounding woods to sweet harvest spices — then blend and pour your signature scent. In this interactive class, hosted by Kierra Washington owner/maker behind Urban Nomad, you’ll learn the art of candle making in a relaxed, creative atmosphere. Begin by choosing from a variety of premium fragrances, each selected for their clean, natural qualities, and blend them into your perfect scent. Kierra will walk you through the steps, from melting and pouring the wax to blending fragrances and ensuring a smooth, even finish. While they set, sip something sparkling, mingle with fellow makers, and enjoy the relaxing, creative vibe.
